Police have launched an investigation after a man was found dead in Barry.
Officers were called to the address in Main Street, Barry, at 9.05am on Saturday, May 2, to reports of a fire at the property.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service and paramedics also attended.
A man was found dead inside the property.
His next of kin have been informed, a South Wales Police spokesman said.
A joint investigation is under way between South Wales Police and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
The road at Main Street will remain closed for some time while investigations take place.
