Torfaen Reform UK councillor Sarah Lang made headlines when it emerged that images of her seem to appear on adult websites under the name Princess Spyderlily
A Welsh Reform UK councillor reported to have shared pictures on adult websites said she’s been told not to speak to journalists. Sarah Lang, who initially made headlines in 2006 after securing £1 million on an ITV quiz show, was elected to represent Trevethin in Pontypool at a by-election in August.
A number of suggestive images of Ms Lang appear online and are publicly available on a site called Fapello, which takes content from Only Fans. The Reform UK councillor’s pseudonym appears to be Princess Spyderlily and includes a number of images of her in provocative poses.
At the end of last month Cllr Lang joined Reform’s Senedd member Laura Anne Jones on a community litter-pick. The Senedd member defected from the Conservatives to Reform UK in July.
Cllr Lang’s appearance – with a low cut T-shirt and lace bra visible – prompted comments online with some defending her right to dress as she wishes and other criticising her choice of clothes for a community litter-pick.

After the recent media reports, when approached by the Local Democracy Reporting Service, Cllr Lang requested the journalist contact a Reform UK media representative.
When no response was received, Cllr Lang was contacted again and asked about the reports and whether the photographs were relevant to her role as an elected community councillor.
She replied: “I’ve been told not to talk to journalists.”
When questioned if anything in the reports, which stated there were explicit photographs of her on adult websites, was inaccurate, the Pontypool Community Councillor said: “I can’t speak to any journalists.”
When asked if that meant she was confirming the story was accurate, the volunteer councillor again referred the reporter to the party press officer and said: “You should talk to him.”
She also gave the same response when asked what she would say if any residents in her Trevethin ward were to ask her about the report.
Reform UK declined to comment.
Cllr Lang also did not responded to a request for an interview from WalesOnline. Reform UK also declined to comment.
