The Celtic Fan Collective have announced plans to hit the club in the pocket as they ramp up their demonstrations
The Celtic Fans Collective have launched a new anti-board campaign by calling on fellow supporters to BOYCOTT all merchandise and in-stadium spending.
The Hoops activists – a newly formed group representing various bodies including the Green Brigade, Bhoys Celtic, and Celtic Trust – have been leading demonstrations against the club’s hierarchy in the wake of the shambolic transfer window and humiliating Champions League exit to Kairat Almaty.
A series of banners have been unfurled at games, while late fan walk-ins and silent protests have also been staged in a show of discontent.
The Collective met under-fire Parkhead supremos Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay last week but subsequently hit out at the lack of “humility, awareness and accountability” and promised further action after discussions collapsed.
Now, on the day Celtic launched their latest ADIDAS SPZL F.C. x CELTIC capsule collection, the influential fan group have announced their latest plans by vowing to strip the club of merchandise and matchday revenue.
A statement read: “Following widespread agreement among member groups at last night’s meeting, the Celtic Fans Collective is launching the ‘ Not Another Penny’ campaign – effective immediately.
“For too long, the Celtic board has taken supporters for granted.
“They are responsible for repeated failures in Europe, an archaic transfer strategy, a collection of NEDs who have grossly out-stayed their welcome, inflated ticket prices and unfair distribution, a neglected stadium, a stale atmosphere, a non-existent fan engagement model, an underperforming academy, an underfunded Women’s team, and a pitch unfit for playing football the Celtic way.
“These are just some of the failures which expose an out-of-touch board and make a mockery of their claim to be ‘ world class in everything we do.’
“Their contempt for supporters was laid bare in the recent insulting public statement of 6th September 2025, and confirmed again in last week’s well-documented meeting between the Club and the Collective.
‘Our support for the team remains unequivocal. But our protest against the Celtic board and in particular Michael Nicholson, Chris McKay and Peter Lawwell continues – the “Not Another Penny” campaign is the next step in that effort.
“From today, we commit to: • No more merchandise purchases • No more food and drink at Celtic Park • No more stadium tours, bars, restaurants or Club-run events • Nothing beyond a match ticket
“This campaign will be reviewed on 3rd February 2026. Until then, not another penny.”
