One satisfied reviewer on Trivago wrote: “Booked a last minute weekend away without even looking or caring where we went and have to say we were so pleased when we got here. Went for the half board deal, breakfast was nice, dinner was delicious but the cheeseboard, I want to go back just for that!
“We were in one of the apartments and the place was so cosy and warm with everything that we needed and plenty of space.”
Another guest described their stay in a two-bedroom apartment as ideal for a short getaway with their pet. “Lovely two bed apartment attached to the hotel.
“Dog friendly making it a convenient stay for Cairnryan ferry port. Very clean and tidy. Excellent heating system. Portpatrick is a beautiful little town and would definitely go back.”
Portpatrick is a popular year-round destination, known for its colourful character, golf courses and access to the great outdoors.
The village also marks one end of the Southern Upland Way and lies along the increasingly popular South-West Coastal 300 route, enhancing its appeal to walkers, sightseers and road trippers alike.
