It was a disappointing weekend for Rangers fans last time out – but they can now pile the pressure on at the top of the table against St Johnstone.
The Glasgow giants saw their winning streak come to an end last weekend under the lights of Dens Park – as Derek McInnes’ men blew their chance to overtake Celtic in the topsy-turvy Premiership title fight.
But the draw against Dundee saw the club extend their unbeaten run to eight games, and they will be desperate to keep that record alive when the Perth Saints arrive in Glasgow.
But they come into game with their own problems after McInnes revealed on Friday that a handful of players had been feeling unwell after a bug spread through the squad ahead of the clash at Ibrox.
Simo Valakari’s men also come into the game in good form with a three-game undefeated run steering the club to fifth spot in the table, fresh from their promotion from the Championship.
